About The Position

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a motivated Plumbing Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on tunnel and sewer sales, providing leads to the representative to close. The position offers significant earning potential for self-motivated individuals with a desire for high income. The typical representative earns between $90-120k, with top performers exceeding $200k. This is an uncapped commission opportunity where sales-driven closers will act as residential sales representatives for new and existing customers. The role involves driving to sales locations, meeting with customers in their homes, evaluating needs, and presenting options. The focus is on relationship selling and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting, meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

Sales driven closer.
Dependable self-starter.
Experience in Outside Sales.
Experience in One-Call-Close.
Experience in a residential In-Home environment.
