Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on plumbing or plumbing service experience
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, and piping
- Comfortable using standard plumbing tools for service-related tasks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and provide a positive customer experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and confidently present solutions and estimates
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate plumbing systems at customer locations and provide accurate recommendations and estimates for repairs, replacements, and upgrades
- Identify plumbing problems and determine appropriate solutions based on customer needs
- Perform light repairs and adjustments as needed while identifying opportunities for additional work
- Clearly explain findings, recommended solutions, and pricing options to customers to support informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, estimates provided, and materials needed
- Respond to urgent plumbing service calls as needed
- Work closely with dispatch, service technicians, and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
- Follow company policies and safety standards at all times
