Requirements
- No plumbing experience required – we will train the right candidate
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working around water and mechanical equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
- Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing and water treatment industry

Responsibilities
- Perform water heater maintenance and flushing services
- Complete reverse osmosis (R.O.) filter changes and maintenance
- Conduct plumbing and water treatment system inspections
- Perform basic water testing and educate customers on results
- Deliver water softener salt and maintain customer equipment
- Complete rebed tank swaps and related maintenance services
- Ensure customer equipment is operating properly and identify potential concerns
- Generate opportunities for our service and sales teams when needed
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
