Requirements

No plumbing experience required – we will train the right candidate
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working around water and mechanical equipment
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials
Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing and water treatment industry

Responsibilities

Perform water heater maintenance and flushing services
Complete reverse osmosis (R.O.) filter changes and maintenance
Conduct plumbing and water treatment system inspections
Perform basic water testing and educate customers on results
Deliver water softener salt and maintain customer equipment
Complete rebed tank swaps and related maintenance services
Ensure customer equipment is operating properly and identify potential concerns
Generate opportunities for our service and sales teams when needed
Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit
