About The Position

Dilling Heating Cooling, Electrical, and Plumbing is seeking a skilled residential Plumbing Install Lead to perform installations, repipes, and plumbing system upgrades while providing high-quality customer service. Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
• Strong customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to complete installations promptly and accurately according to company standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Review work orders, follow daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform assigned work, and proactively address problems.
• Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
• Document work performed according to company procedures.
• Guide assistants or apprentices and share knowledge with them.
• Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
