Requirements

At least 2–3 years of residential plumbing installation and repiping experience.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
Strong customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Installation and Repipe department to ensure timely and precise installations that follow company standards and procedures.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedules, listen to customer concerns, perform assigned work, and proactively address problems.
Maintain a full stock inventory for each job.
Document work performed according to company procedures.
Guide assistants or apprentices and share knowledge with them.
Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
