Responsibilities

  • Perform all technical tasks a Service/Install technician is expected to complete under the direction and often under the supervision of the technician.
  • Manage vehicle organization, materials and equipment usage tracking, and job site preparations.
  • Perform safety assessments.
  • Conduct Post Call Quality Assurance, including “Better than you found it” clean up and double-checking work.
  • Develop trust-based professional relationships with customers to earn their business at the decision table.
  • Complete and turn in all paperwork in accordance with company policy and timelines without exception.
  • Complete all forms in entirety, including all sections and signatures (e.g., Performance and Safety Assessments, Job Completion and Clean up Checklists, Parts Used, Warehouse checkout, Equipment checkout, Materials/Parts/Equipment orders).
  • Take photos/videos before, during, and after jobs to document progress.
  • Upload all photos before departing the jobsite whenever possible.
