Responsibilities

• Responsible for all technical tasks a Service/Install technician is expected to complete under the direction and often under the supervision of the technician
• Vehicle Organization
• Materials and Equipment Usage Tracking
• Job Site Preparations performing safety assessments
• Post Call Quality Assurance using “Better than you found it” clean up and double-checking work
• Developing trust based professional relationships with customers to earn their business at the decision table
• Completing and turning in paperwork in accordance with company policy and timelines without exception
• Completing all forms in entirety, including all sections and signatures (e.g., Performance and Safety Assessments, Job Completion and Clean up Checklists Parts Used, Warehouse checkout, Equipment checkout, Materials/Parts/Equipment orders)
• Taking photos/videos before, during, and after job to document progress
• Uploading all photos before departing jobsite whenever possible
