About The Position

Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an Entry-Level Apprentice Installer to assist HVAC Lead Installers with furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal, and duct work. The company is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America and has been recognized as a Top 100 Place to Work by the Chicago Tribune for three consecutive years. This position offers a structured training program with clear growth and earning potential, starting with an initial training phase at $16.20/hour, progressing to a field training phase with performance-based pay averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, and finally to an Entry-Level Installer role with options for hourly pay at $20/hour or performance-based pay earning $16.20 - $30/hour. The role offers year-round work, a 5-day work week with alternating weekends off, and typically one job per day for less strenuous hours, leading to unlimited earning potential.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Acceptable Driving Record Preferred
• Any type of EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
• Assist the Lead Installer
• Perform basic repairs
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
• Other job duties as assigned
