About The Position

We are looking to fill our Entry-Level Apprentice Installer position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work. Location: Bedford Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning & Plumbing is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America. We are seeking self-motivated Entry-Level Apprentice Installers who want to become a part of an elite team. We offer a structured training program with clear growth and earning potential. Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) – $16.20/hour while learning the basics. Tier 2: Field Training Phase – Performance-based pay, averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development. Tier 3: Entry-Level Installer – Upon completing training, choose between: Hourly Pay: $20/hour Performance-Based Pay: Earn $16.20 - $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work. Requirements

• Acceptable Driving Record
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be available to work long hours, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Nice To Haves

• Any type of EPA certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
• Assist the Lead Installer
• Perform basic repairs
• Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
• Other job duties as assigned
