About The Position
Bell Brothers Plumbing, Heating & Air is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Plumbing Install Apprentice to begin a career in plumbing. The apprentice will learn from experienced professionals and develop plumbing skills in a supportive and inclusive team environment. The role involves assisting with residential plumbing installations and delivering professional customer service while following instructions, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving regular lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Current and valid driver’s license in the state where the applicant will work.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
- Ability to see and hear clearly to perform job duties safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist with installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, in residential settings.
- Follow senior plumbers’ instructions to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes to support accurate, timely installations.
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to help complete projects efficiently.
- Address client questions and concerns professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow safety standards and company policies.
