About The Position

The Plumbing Apprentice learns the plumbing trade through on-the-job training and daily support from licensed plumbers. The apprentice assists with installations, repairs, and maintenance while building skills for long-term career growth. The role calls for a hardworking, positive, and professional team member who communicates respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, and reach overhead.
• Ability to climb and work on ladders.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Drug testing and background checks are conditions of employment.
• Valid driver's license is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance while learning from licensed plumbers.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers.
• Be thorough in inspections and accurate when quoting replacements or repairs.
• Complete proposed work as quoted.
• Participate in required staff meetings and training sessions.
• Promote a professional and friendly work environment with a positive attitude.
• Work hard, smart, and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Assist others with duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
