About The Position

Radiant is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice to serve San Antonio homeowners. The role is for someone with residential service experience who will build their plumbing skills, support experienced plumbers, and grow their career with the team. The apprentice assists with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues, customer communication, and a range of plumbing services. The position pays $18–$22 per hour, based on logged hours and endorsements. Limited on-call responsibilities apply for emergencies only.

Requirements

Hold a current Plumbing Apprentice Card, ideally with 1,000 or more hours logged.
Have at least one year of plumbing experience; residential service experience is required.
Have a valid driver’s license with no major violations within the past three years.
Be familiar with the plumbing systems and repairs listed in the posting.
Be able to use an iPad and learn or work within ServiceTitan.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to five-star customer service.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Assist with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues.
Help explain repair options to customers and support the sales process.
Assist with leak detection, water heater repairs and replacements, water filtration, plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
Use an iPad and ServiceTitan to document work and service details.
Provide professional, respectful service and help keep work areas clean and organized.
Support experienced plumbers while developing plumbing skills.
