About The Position
Jarboe's Heating and Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Drain Technician to diagnose and repair residential drain systems and help customers make informed, confident buying decisions. The technician completes assigned service calls or in-shop repairs professionally, unclogs and cleans sewers and drains under supervision, and maintains company vehicles, tools, and equipment. The role includes safe operation of a company vehicle, adherence to safety requirements, professional communication, accountability for goals and conduct, and participation in training. The company supports employees in obtaining appropriate certifications and developing toward becoming licensed plumbers.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle.
- Excellent listening, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and become a licensed plumber, including willingness to study for an exam.
- Prior plumbing and drain-cleaning experience or exposure is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs professionally and to the best of their ability.
- Unclog and clean customers’ sewers and drains under supervision.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and courteously while performing field duties.
- Observe all safety requirements.
- Communicate professionally while in uniform.
- Properly maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Meet goals, follow work rules, and maintain proper conduct.
- Participate in training to grow and develop professionally.
