About The Position
Bullseye Home Services provides plumbing repairs, emergency plumbing services, drain cleaning, and pipelining services in Southwest Florida and surrounding areas. The Plumbing Drain Lining Lead performs drain-line installations, hydro jetting and milling, and C.I.P.P. pipe restoration lining for cast-iron drains. The role includes inspecting drain lines with a camera, installing and maintaining drain systems, and testing plumbing and drainage systems for safety and functionality. The lead works independently to troubleshoot problems efficiently, respond to customer queries, and explain homeowners’ plumbing needs and potential system improvements. The position emphasizes quality workmanship, strong customer service, and getting work done right the first time.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a plumbing drain-line installer in residential or light-commercial settings.
- Experience using a jetter, Mini/Maxi Miller, and camera.
- Mechanically inclined and able to develop into a problem solver.
- Able to multitask consistently and efficiently.
- Natural ability to work with hands.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and educating homeowners about plumbing needs and potential improvements.
- Strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and a do-what-it-takes attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality drain-line service installations.
- Perform hydro jetting and milling on drain lines.
- Perform C.I.P.P. pipe restoration lining of cast-iron drains.
- Listen to customers and proactively solve their problems.
- Handle customer queries and troubleshoot and resolve problems.
- Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Inspect drain lines with a camera to identify drainage issues.
- Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
- Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety and functionality.
- Educate homeowners about plumbing needs and potential improvements to system performance and safety.
- Deliver quality work and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
