About The Position

Premier Plumbers is seeking a full-time Plumbing Dispatcher to join their team in Sarasota, FL, supporting their service area throughout Tampa, FL. This role is the central connection between customers and field technicians, ensuring each day runs smoothly from start to finish. The dispatcher will answer customer inquiries, schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently, manage and update work orders, and coordinate critical communication between customers and field staff.
