Requirements

• 1 Year experience dispatching for a service company
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year customer service experience
• Ability to accurately enter data into the computer
• Ability to type 30 wpm
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Responsibilities

• Assigning service calls to technicians
• Efficiently managing Service Tech schedules and routes each day
• Accurately scheduling customer appointments
• Rescheduling appointments
• Working closely with the CSRs
• Answer incoming phone calls from Technicians and Customers
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Accurately schedule appointments in the computer system
• Maintain a constant, professional, line of communication with field employees
• Collect correct information from customer
• Up sell products and services
• Contact customers to move up/reschedule appointments
• Stay calm and professional under sometimes high stress situations
• Provide excellent external and internal customer service
• All other duties assigned by management
