Requirements

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the plumbing or home services industry.
B2C Sales Experience
Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
Strong decision-making abilities
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Responsibilities

Deliver a great client experience by educating them in ways we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment.
Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.
Meet with potential customers to conduct consultations.
Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and/or sales manager.
Maintain records of customer interaction and sales activities.
Office time required for training, meetings, and required follow up/prospecting.
