Requirements
- Strong interest in learning the plumbing trade.
- Ability to use hand and power tools under supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including email.
- Willingness to learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to build a long-term career.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Employment and education verification.
- Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
- Post-offer pre-employment drug testing required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with plumbing repairs and installations, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas lines, and waterlines.
- Help install and repair standard and tankless water heaters.
- Assist with tub, shower, toilet, and faucet installations.
- Support leak detection and plumbing diagnostics.
- Help repair and maintain pool heating systems.
- Help ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Accurately document work performed.
- Learn and apply industry best practices and new technologies.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
