About The Position

National HVAC Service, a Service Logic Company, is hiring a service plumber to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing and process piping systems. The role serves customers in the Northwest area, including Fort Smith and Springdale. The plumber communicates with customers when arriving and after assessing or completing repairs, maintains high-quality work standards, follows safety requirements, and keeps appropriate records using a company-provided cell phone. The position may require travel and work at night, on weekends, and on holidays as needed.

Requirements

• Journeyman license.
• At least 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of systems and assignments common to the plumbing trade.
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Satisfactory completion of drug screening, motor vehicle report, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process piping systems, plumbing pipes, and fixtures.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Keep appropriate records and documentation using a company-provided cell phone.
• Travel and cover the Northwest area, including Fort Smith and Springdale.
• Communicate with customers upon arrival and after assessment or repairs.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
