About The Position

National HVAC Service, a Service Logic Company, is hiring a service plumber to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems, process piping, pipes, and fixtures. The role requires maintaining high-quality work, following safety requirements, and recording work using a company-provided cell phone. The plumber communicates with customers before and after assessing or completing repairs and must be willing to travel and cover the Northwest area, including Fort Smith and Springdale. Night, weekend, and holiday work may be needed.

Requirements

• Journeyman license and at least 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of systems and assignments common to the trade.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Satisfactory completion of a drug screening, motor vehicle report, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair process piping systems, plumbing pipes, and fixtures.
• Maintain a high standard of work quality.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Keep appropriate records and documentation using a company-provided cell phone.
• Communicate with customers upon arrival and after assessment or repairs.
• Travel and cover the Northwest area, including Fort Smith and Springdale.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
