Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating excavators for underground plumbing/utilities.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (crawl spaces/attics).
• Ability to climb ladders.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy excavators to dig trenches, lay water/sewer lines, and prep job sites for residential and commercial projects.
• Diagnose complex plumbing issues, inspect lines using cameras, perform drain cleaning/cables, and execute full pipe installations.
• Present options clearly to home/business owners and secure customer agreement before starting work.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks, maintain excavator performance, and keep your company vehicle fully stocked and clean.
• Strictly follow safety protocols, communicate with project leads, and mentor junior technicians in the field.
