About The Position

Installs and/or retrofits Plumbing in a commercial and/or industrial setting, reads and interprets blueprints and specifications, and adheres to all safety policies and procedures. Serves as a front-line resource to service technicians through technical support and provides guidance and training to other technicians.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Service Plumbing Technician
Journeyman/Master Plumber Licensed Holder with the State of Texas require.
Required plumbing repair skills: Stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement
Fixture install/replacement
General troubleshooting and repair
Domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough-in
Pump replacement/repair
Leak locating/line tracing
Hydro jetting and camera

Responsibilities

Handles the following plumbing repairs: stoppages/cabling, pumping and backflow testing/repair/replacement, fixture install/replacement and general troubleshooting or repair, domestic water/sewer or storm water leak/repair, fixture rough in, pump replacement/repair, leak locating/line tracing, hydro jetting and camera.
Responsible for water heater maintenance/troubleshooting/replacement and boiler maintenance, boiler pumps and circulating, boiler controller, troubleshooting and system installation.
Proficiently operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring/testing equipment.
Completes quoted projects with high quality while maintaining profitability. Develops long-term relationships with customers and explains work performed to the customer's satisfaction.
Performs sub-contractor management on quoted projects including coordination and scheduling of vendors. Provides guidance to sub-contractors as needed and performs QA-QC tasks.
Participates in after-hours quoted projects (as needed) per customer requirements.
Safely operates motor vehicles and trailers as evidenced by past driving performance record. Meets requirements of fleet safety and driving policy and adheres to all company safety requirements.
Purchases parts, materials, and issues purchase order numbers to suppliers and sub-contractors.
Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on service vehicle.
Able to work effectively with app based software
