Plumber / Camera Tech or Drain Tech - SALES EXPERIENCED
About The Position
AJ PERRI, in partnership with American Residential Services, is the largest provider of residential home services in the US, employing more than 7000 professionals across the country. ARS has been serving its customers with HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical solutions for over 45 years since its establishment in 1975. We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED CAMERA TECHS with SALES abilities and a REGISTERED DRAIN CLEANER. We have immediate openings with great income potential. Priority consideration for candidates with experience with water heaters and sewer repair/replacement. Minimum three years experience in residential repair/retrofit service.
Requirements
- Minimum three years plumbing experience.
- Plumbing License or Drain Cleaning Registration.
- Experience in residential service repair.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to travel to pre-set appointments.
- Proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
- Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience in residential services.
- Experience with water heaters.
- Experience with sewer repair/replacement.
Responsibilities
- Operate camera equipment for drain inspection.
- Perform drain cleaning services.
- Sell residential services in the home.
- Travel to pre-set appointments throughout assigned area in a company-provided work vehicle.
- Work in attics and crawl spaces.
- Handle water heaters and sewer repair/replacement (priority consideration).
