About The Position

We are looking for an Experienced Service Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values being part of a professional, customer-focused team. This role will serve a mix of residential and light commercial customers, performing diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance.

Requirements

Ideally 3 plus years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service
Solid understanding of Florida plumbing codes and best practices
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional communication skills and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

Licensed Journeyman Plumber preferred but not required
Backflow certification or experience
Water heater or tankless water heater installation experience
Prior experience with remodel and re-pipe projects

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential and light commercial clients
Perform fixture installations, water heater replacements, leak repairs, and drain services
Accurately assess and communicate repair options to customers
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and professional appearance
Ensure all work meets or exceeds code and company quality standards
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency plumbing services
Provide excellent customer service and represent the Kalos brand with professionalism and integrity
