We are currently looking for motivated Drain Technicians to join a dynamic team! This is a residential service only role, with no commercial services. You will be provided with a well-stocked truck and dispatch from home. Uniforms, smartphones, and tablets are also provided. You will be part of a supportive and close-knit team that feels like family.

Requirements

3+ years of experience.
Jetting experience is required.
Customer service skills.
Communication skills.
Able to work independently.
Able to problem solve.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Plumbing experience is a plus!
OSHA 10 certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

Complete our 6-step customer Service System.
Troubleshoot and diagnose drain issues.
Clear the drain utilizing a snake machine/drain jetter.
General drain clearing and repairing.
Communicate and educate the customer about the issue.
