About The Position

The Players Club Representative is responsible for managing the Players Club database, including creating new accounts, updating existing ones, and addressing guest inquiries. This role requires a thorough understanding of the Players Club benefits, the ability to build relationships with frequent guests, and to identify and report program abusers to management. The representative must possess expert knowledge of the facility, its promotions, offers, and events, and communicate this information clearly to guests. Additionally, the role involves actively recruiting new members, assisting with and monitoring promotions and events, staffing various booths and tables, and working with the Call Center for player development. Maintaining inter-departmental contact for guest satisfaction and reporting operational issues to management are also key responsibilities. Accurate and timely transaction completion with a focus on exceptional guest service is essential. This position operates within a gaming environment that includes smoke, noise, and bright lights.

Responsibilities

  • Entering data into the ACSC computer program to create new Players Club accounts.
  • Updating and/or making necessary corrections to existing Players Club accounts.
  • Answering guest inquiries related to their Players Club account, such as point balances and promotional entries earned.
  • Understanding and properly communicating the benefits and privileges of the Players Club.
  • Recognizing and building relationships with frequent guests.
  • Recognizing abusers of the program and notifying Management.
  • Answering guest questions clearly and understanding all guest questions.
  • Having expert knowledge of the facility, including all promotions, offers, and events, and accurately communicating this information to guests.
  • Actively seeking out new Players Club members for card acquisition, utilization, and email acquisition.
  • Assisting with, staffing, and monitoring promotions such as slot tournaments, giveaways, and award prizes.
  • Assisting with events by staffing the Box Office, serving as ushers for concerts and other events, and working a Will Call table giving out complimentary tickets.
  • Staffing Catch a Rising Star ticket booth on show nights.
  • Assisting with working the Call Center under Player Development; making calls and offering/reserving gifts/offers.
  • Assisting with Bus Tour greeting if required.
  • Maintaining contact with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Informing management of all issues that may affect the smooth operations of the booths.
  • Completing all transactions accurately and in a timely fashion while paying careful attention to providing exceptional guest service.
  • Performing all other related duties as assigned.
