About The Position

This position is under the direct supervision of the Marketing and Players Club Manager and is located at The Stables Casino. The Players Club Representative is responsible for Customer Service at front desk and when on the casino floor. The Players Club Representative will handle data entry of players in the player tracking system and handle all promotions for guests. The Representative will answer phones calls and assist guests with questions about machine play, downloading points, promotions, and drawings. The Players Club Representative will ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal/state/tribal regulatory requirements. Performs all duties in accordance with casino System of Internal Controls (SICs). Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed. This position includes but is not limited to the job functions listed above.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must have one (1) to two (2) years related experience or training
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Modoc Nation Gaming License
  • May be subject to criminal background investigation
  • Proficient data entry skills required
  • Must possess in high integrity regarding confidential and sensitive information
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a resource to casino guest and employees by maintaining a working knowledge of the facility and special events
  • Generates excitement and provides personal attention to customers
  • Distributes promotional items such as coupons, gifts, or generic player cards to customers
  • Introduces and promotes Players Club by explaining its benefits and how to join; assists players with membership applications
  • Sets up the new members account and enrolls the member
  • Prints multiple player cards and explains the use of each card
  • Explains the operations of the card in a slot machine
  • Informs guests of current and future promotions and how they can participate
  • Scans driver's license to get guest's picture
  • Describes bonus points, redemption of awards and award levels
  • Participate as a team member with fellow employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of customer service
  • Adhere to the strict confidentiality of all information
  • Performs all duties in accordance with casino System of Internal Controls (SICs)
  • Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed
