About The Position

The Players Club Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Players Club and staff to ensure quality guest service. This role involves the overall coordination of Players Club events and promotions, including daily, monthly, and special VIP events. The coordinator is also responsible for the selection, training, and scheduling of Players Club staff, communicating goals, and reviewing performance. They will monitor and review Players Club policies and procedures, assist in operational functions, and manage general labor and expenses to adhere to the department budget. Additionally, this position supports the Director of Sales & Marketing and Marketing Manager in special projects, budget monitoring, event creation, and execution, ensuring all promotions and events run smoothly and meet revenue objectives. Collaboration with support departments (IT, Food & Beverage, Slots, Table Games) and the Purchasing Department is crucial for decor, inventory management, and vendor contract execution. The role also involves proofing advertising materials, maintaining cost and resource tracking for events, and resolving guest inquiries. Compliance with all applicable regulations, internal controls, and policies is mandatory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • College graduate or equivalent experience in marketing, business or related field.
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Oasis Superplaymate, Atrient Kiosks, etc.
  • Excellent guest services and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Players Club and staff to ensure quality guest service.
  • Coordinating Players Club events and promotions (daily, monthly, special VIP events).
  • Selecting, training, and scheduling Players Club staff, communicating goals, and reviewing performance.
  • Monitoring and reviewing Players Club policies and procedures for player point earning.
  • Assisting in daily events and promotions operational functions, preparing paperwork, filing, and product handling.
  • Monitoring general labor and expenses to ensure adherence to the department budget.
  • Assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing in special projects, budget variance monitoring, and events.
  • Coordinating hosting parties and other casino functions.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of all promotions, events, and entertainment (set-up, registration, gift distribution, prize management).
  • Setting up daily, weekly, monthly promotions on the kiosk.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in creating and maintaining the special events calendar.
  • Assisting in the creation, preparation, and execution of all casino promotions and events.
  • Working closely with the DSC to procure approved Gaming Submissions and ensure events comply with marketing gaming submissions.
  • Collaborating with support departments (IT, Food & Beverage, Slot Department, Table Games Department) for event execution.
  • Assisting and supporting property-wide special projects, promotions/events, and/or initiatives.
  • Working with the Purchasing Department on decor, product procurement, inventory management, and lead-times/deliveries.
  • Ensuring the execution of agreed-upon contracts with outside vendors.
  • Assisting with proofing of all advertising materials related to promotions and events.
  • Maintaining cost and resources for promotions and events, and timely processing of invoices and bills.
  • Responding to and resolving guest inquiries and disputes/issues.
  • Complying with all applicable Tribal regulations, internal controls, and policies and procedures.
  • Documenting and reporting all exceptions/variations/deviations immediately to the Marketing Manager.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
