About The Position

Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Tulsa, is seeking a Player Services Cashier to help provide guests with a positive and enjoyable gaming experience. The role involves handling financial transactions, promoting the casino’s rewards program, and supporting guest satisfaction. The position requires work on weekends and holidays, with potential overnight shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to perform basic mathematical computations accurately.
Knowledge of casino games and property amenities.
Ability to learn and explain gaming promotions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment, independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; potential overnight work is required.
Ability to work in a casino environment that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

One year of cash handling or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Process cash and non-cash transactions, including chip issuance and redemption, currency exchanges, and check cashing.
Explain rewards program benefits, ongoing promotions, and other relevant information to guests.
Enroll guests in the rewards program and issue membership cards.
Conduct entry-level player evaluations and make outbound calls as needed.
Verify and distribute payments for jackpots and special payouts.
Maintain accurate transaction records.
Handle guest requests, disputes, and complaints professionally.
Safeguard company assets and reconcile daily transactions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company policies and procedures.
