About The Position

Socure is seeking a Public Sector Platform Solution Consultant to lead successful client onboarding and measurable outcomes for organizations using its AI-powered identity verification and fraud prevention platform, RiskOS. The role connects Socure’s product, machine learning, and AI capabilities with real-world client implementation. The consultant helps clients use predictive models, automated decisioning workflows, and data-driven intelligence to meet their goals.

The position is suited to someone who is self-motivated, energized by AI and automation, comfortable with data-driven decision-making, and able to translate technical capabilities into client value in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The consultant leads implementation and onboarding, configures platform components and automated workflows, troubleshoots technical integrations, and trains client teams. They also collaborate with Support, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Science, sharing deployment insights and helping clients realize measurable value from Socure’s capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of public sector identity- or fraud-related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting, or support engineering.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-curious mindset and interest in evaluating performance metrics and identifying improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams with structure, clarity, and proactive communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with identity verification, fraud prevention, risk modeling, or compliance platforms.
• Exposure to machine-learning model outputs, feature engineering concepts, or data pipeline tools such as SQL, BI tools, or data warehouses.
• Experience working in enterprise client environments with complex technical stacks.
• Experience in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end platform implementations and ensure timely, successful deployments.
• Work with clients to define solution architecture, configure platform components, and tailor implementations to business needs.
• Develop and refine best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
• Lead onboarding by configuring decisioning engines, machine-learning model outputs, and automated workflows to align with client risk and identity strategies.
• Guide clients on integrating AI-powered signals into existing technology stacks and help them realize value from predictive capabilities.
• Translate client business goals into optimized platform configurations.
• Help clients design and implement automated decisioning flows that reduce manual review, accelerate approvals, and scale with their business.
• Support configuration of rules engines, thresholds, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Identify and implement repeatable processes that enable faster, more consistent deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve deployment issues, particularly those involving data pipeline integrity, API performance, and AI model response handling.
• Support clients through complex integration scenarios and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Partner with Support and Customer Success to provide a seamless, data-informed client experience.
• Deliver training that helps client teams understand how to use the platform and how its AI works.
• Contribute to enablement resources, playbooks, and documentation covering best practices in AI-powered identity verification.
• Relay client and deployment feedback to Product and Engineering as actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science to help clients realize measurable return on investment from Socure’s AI capabilities.
• Work with the Product SC team to implement workflow improvements and performance updates.
