About The Position
AlphaGov is engaging a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Consultant for current municipal work. The consultant will provide as-needed functional application consulting and integration support for a city using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2. Engagement scope, schedule, and fee are confirmed with the consultant before work begins. AlphaGov delivers consulting to public-sector organizations, including cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. The work is project-based and remote-first, with occasional client travel. With the consultant’s authorization, AlphaGov may identify them as an expert collaborator or key personnel on relevant proposals. Proposal contributions may include qualifications and past-performance narrative.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional consultant working with version 9.2.
- Experience with public-sector or fund accounting in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Comfortable working as a 1099 project-based consultant.
Nice To Haves
- Municipal payroll or Human Resources experience in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- JD Edwards technical or Orchestrator integration skills.
- Oracle certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide functional support for Address Book, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, and Human Resources.
- Troubleshoot issues, configure modules, and support upgrades and patches.
- Support integrations between JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other city systems.
- Document processes and train city staff.
- Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when authorized to be named.
