About The Position

Veson is seeking a Platform Product Leader to define and lead the strategy for shared capabilities that power its products and enable future customer experiences. The role spans AI and agentic capabilities, APIs and ecosystem, collaboration and communication, and core platform and governance. The leader will manage and develop a team of product managers and partner with Engineering, Design, and leaders across Veson. The role focuses on translating platform investments into improved customer experiences, faster innovation, greater extensibility, and easier adoption at scale—not infrastructure alone.

The leader will define the platform vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities; build strong product practices and accountability; and establish an organization capable of delivering the strategy. Responsibilities include scaling AI and agentic capabilities, improving developer and partner ecosystems, shaping collaboration features, and advancing foundational platform services while balancing enterprise control with an intuitive experience. The role also aims to reduce adoption friction across onboarding, activation, configuration, administration, and expansion, and support product-led and self-service growth where appropriate.

The position is open at the Director, Senior Director, or Vice President level. Scope and responsibilities are the same across levels; title and compensation reflect the candidate’s leadership experience, portfolio complexity, team-building experience, and record of customer and business impact. The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and is based in Boston with a hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of product management experience with meaningful product leadership responsibility.
• Significant experience with platform products, enterprise SaaS, APIs, ecosystems, workflow platforms, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms; agentic experiences, workflow automation, or shared AI capabilities are especially relevant.
• A track record of translating foundational technology investments into measurable customer and business value.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to work credibly with highly technical Engineering and Architecture leaders.
• Experience building products for multiple audiences, including end users, enterprise administrators, developers, partners, and internal product teams.
• Strong executive communication, organizational leadership, and cross-functional influence.

Nice To Haves

• Experience enabling successful product-led growth, self-service onboarding, activation, adoption, or expansion motions, particularly in an enterprise environment.
• For Vice President-level candidates, experience leading other product leaders and owning strategy for a multi-product or company-wide platform portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for Veson’s platform infrastructure and shared services.
• Lead and develop a high-performing platform product team and establish strong product practices and accountability across the portfolio.
• Establish shared AI and agentic capabilities, including agentic frameworks, orchestration, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop experiences, reusable AI capabilities, and AI governance.
• Advance APIs, developer experience, integration frameworks, technology integrations, and the developer and partner ecosystem.
• Shape collaboration and communication capabilities, including messaging, notifications, and shared collaboration experiences.
• Drive foundational capabilities including identity, permissions, administration, entitlements, data governance, and shared platform services.
• Improve platform adoption by reducing friction across onboarding, activation, configuration, administration, and expansion.
• Enable product-led and self-service growth motions where appropriate.
• Accelerate differentiated AI-powered experiences, increase reuse of common capabilities across products, strengthen API and ecosystem strategy, and create a cohesive, intuitive platform experience.
