About The Position

U.S. Bank is hiring two Platform Managers to serve as trusted partners and subject-matter experts, helping teams navigate custody processes, platform priorities, operational needs, and business change. Candidates may align with one of two paths: GTX Platform & SWIFT, focused on the GTX platform, its business processes, and its connection to product and platform management; or Custody Strategy & Relationship Management, focused on custody expertise, relationship leadership, capacity support, and operational guidance. The latter path emphasizes stakeholder connection and custody knowledge rather than primarily hands-on platform work. These roles connect business needs, operational processes, and platform capabilities while building relationships across product, platform, and custody teams. They support platform capacity, operational readiness, evolving business requirements, knowledge transfer, and efforts to strengthen custody processes and capabilities. The position requires working from a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.

  • For the Custody Strategy & Relationship Management path: experience with global custody or securities operations, trade lifecycle processes, asset setup and servicing, trade services and settlements, global income or corporate actions, legacy custody functions and operating models, and relationship management and cross-functional coordination.
