About The Position

Belay Technologies is seeking a Platform Engineer (PE) to join our intel team. This person will help build, test, and maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software. Work closely with development, and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with Ansible, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
Bachelors of Science (BS) + Ten (10) years' experience (Fourteen (14) years w/o degree)

Responsibilities

Ensure platform security, compliance, and adherence to best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform-related issues
Design, build, and maintain internal platforms that support application development and deployment
Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability using observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
Collaborate with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and deployment workflows
