LendingTree is seeking a Platform Engineer to join the Endpoint Engineering team within Digital Workplace. The team treats Windows and Mac endpoints as products, building, securing, and delivering them through code, automation, and repeatable pipelines. The role helps manage and improve platforms supporting employee devices, including Microsoft Intune, Iru, and patching and security tools. It combines IT and software engineering practices—including scripting, automation, version control, and CI/CD—to deliver secure, reliable, and compliant endpoints. The engineer will work alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative, learning-focused environment. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, and requires attendance at the office three days a week. The engineer collaborates with Information Security, Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, Service Desk, and Productivity Apps teams. The role includes ownership of assigned work, contribution to broader endpoint initiatives, and opportunities to develop software engineering skills. Success involves securely and reliably operating endpoint management platforms; managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices to applicable security and compliance requirements; deploying applications, scripts, and policies through tested pipelines and phased rollouts; maintaining reviewed, version-controlled configurations and automation; reducing manual processes; proactively addressing endpoint health, patching, and compliance issues; investigating incidents and documenting root causes; and maintaining useful technical documentation and runbooks.
