About The Position

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made, upon request, to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Plate Mounters are to follow the job schedule for each press. Always keep as many jobs mounted ahead as possible. Minimize scrap by using correct adhesive for the type of art on plates. Use Hot melt glue on plate edges and wrap mounted plates with plastic wrap to ensure no lift. Endeavor to stay ahead on each press schedule. Be ready at all times to re-mount plates and fix worn plates. Maintain proper amounts of plate adhesive. Notify Supervisor when amount of plate adhesive is low. Communicate any and all problems with Lead Person/ Supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2-4 years experience in a related field
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Have basic mechanical skills
