Supervise and direct the effective operation of multiple plate freezer tables. Will be overseeing up to 6-7 individuals at a time. This role involves ensuring adherence to detail regarding housekeeping, safety standards, and GMPs, evaluating product quality, troubleshooting mechanical and operational issues, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of finished frozen products. The position also requires reporting faulty equipment, damages, and safety hazards to the manager, and maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality.
