Requirements
- Prior consultative-sales experience in a plastic surgery practice, with a focus on appointment conversion and patient relationship building
- Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding monthly performance or production goals in a high-volume setting
- Professional demeanor, strong empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive patient information and financial conversations
- Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons and clinical staff, understanding the medical context while remaining focused on patient experience and case progression
- Proficiency with EMR, practice-management systems, and CRM tools
