About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Plastic Surgeon to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and typically visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day. This is a mobile practice, with facility visits within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., working 4–5 days per week. Part-time opportunities are available with a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week. There are no night, on-call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. The position is W-2 employment; work visa sponsorship is not available. Requirements

Hold a full, active, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where you wish to practice.
