Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a board-certified, microsurgical fellowship–trained Plastic Surgeon with Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand to join their growing Plastic Surgery program. This physician will play a key role in advancing their microsurgical breast reconstruction and limb salvage programs, working closely with general surgeons and breast surgical oncology. Cosmetic surgery is a small component of the practice, with the majority of cases focused on complex reconstructive care. The practice offers a 4-day work week with approximately 34 patient contact hours per week, seeing around 25 patients per day. The call schedule is a 1:3 rotation in 1-week blocks, including coverage of own patients and limited weekend coverage at Sharp Memorial Hospital. Inpatient consults will have blocked OR time for operative cases. SRSMG has a strong institutional commitment to multidisciplinary care, clinical research participation, and evidence-based pathways, with access to comprehensive resources like dedicated nurse navigators, survivorship programs, and robust support services. Sharp Health is a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited program.
