About The Position

Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group (SRSMG) is seeking a board-certified, microsurgical fellowship–trained Plastic Surgeon with Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand to join their growing Plastic Surgery program. This physician will play a key role in advancing their microsurgical breast reconstruction and limb salvage programs, working closely with general surgeons and breast surgical oncology. Cosmetic surgery is a small component of the practice, with the majority of cases focused on complex reconstructive care. The practice offers a 4-day work week with approximately 34 patient contact hours per week, seeing around 25 patients per day. The call schedule is a 1:3 rotation in 1-week blocks, including coverage of own patients and limited weekend coverage at Sharp Memorial Hospital. Inpatient consults will have blocked OR time for operative cases. Requirements

Board Certified in Plastic Surgery (ABPS)
Microsurgical fellowship training required
Subspecialty Certification in Surgery of the Hand
