Plant Switcher Driver- Day Shift
About The Position
Capstone is seeking a Switcher Driver to transport material and ensure smooth, safe, on-time deliveries. This role offers the opportunity to learn truck routes, customers, material handling, and the delivery process. The position is based in Canton, Mississippi, and works a first-shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Saturday work may be required if overtime is needed. Compensation is $19.00 per hour. Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner with more than 650 operating locations, 19,000 associates, and 60,000 carriers. Its services include freight management, warehouse and distribution center support, last-mile delivery, supply chain analytics, and optimization. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Valid Medical Card.
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and passion for results.
