About The Position

The Plant Services Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of 15-20 janitorial employees, achieving safety and training goals, project management, and working with and supervising vendors. This role also involves overseeing janitorial services across multiple sites, including cleaning equipment, carpentry, sign shop, painting, and hazmat services. The supervisor will be involved in the development and implementation of process improvements, utilization of VMI programs, and preparation for special events. The position requires flexibility for alternative schedules during snow operations and willingness to work overtime as needed. The ability to interface with all levels of management and union leadership is essential.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
5+ years of experience in industrial plant and/or facilities maintenance
1+ year of supervisory experience
Working daily and weekend overtime to support Snow Removal Operations and special projects as needed and requested
