About The Position

As a Plant Services Coordinator, you’ll support daily plant operations and human resources activities, from onboarding and payroll coordination to employee communications and training. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of administrative or human resources experience, unless qualifying through the bachelor’s degree above.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with tact and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Nice To Haves

• associate degree strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration may substitute for the experience requirement.
• experience with HRIS and payroll/timekeeping systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plant administrative activities, including invoices, office supplies, uniforms, employee communications, and recognition programs.
• Support hourly recruiting by coordinating application screening, interviews, pre-employment requirements, and temporary staffing.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, employee records, and access to supplies and equipment.
• Support payroll and timekeeping, benefits enrollment, employee changes, and HR programs while maintaining confidential records.
• Coordinate employee training and track completion of required orientation and job-specific training.
• Maintain BMS documents and distribution points, support internal audits, and assist with assigned BMS administration.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on staffing, attendance, training, and other plant administrative activities.
• Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
