Ingevity is seeking a Plant Production Management, Supervisor II to provide on-shift production management for Charleston Plant work teams. This role involves monitoring critical parameters to ensure teams adhere to plans and meet safety, environmental, and production goals during non-normal business hours. The supervisor will also provide on-shift incident command coverage, communicate operational priorities, assist teams with resource evaluation, problem assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution. They will elevate emergent operational issues to on-call operations supervision after initial assessment and troubleshooting, coordinate and prioritize shift maintenance activities, and document shift activities. Additionally, the role includes leading incident investigations, providing performance feedback, calling out for additional resources, attending daily production meetings, and assisting with special projects. On day shifts, responsibilities may include permit sign-offs, regulatory and MOC training follow-up, checklist and QMS audits, and other training support.
