Requirements

  • Two-year college degree in related area of study or outstanding proven ability
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good written, verbal and human relations skills
  • Math proficiency in areas such as fractions, percentages, and basic algebra

  • Good decision making and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
