Requirements

Strong foundation in plastic injection molding.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Utilize data analysis programs to evaluate and optimize production processes.
Familiarity with CAD software for designing and modifying tooling is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
Effective communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving skills essential when troubleshooting equipment and addressing production challenges.
Thorough understanding of quality control measures and industry standards.
Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
3+ years plastic injection molding experience

Responsibilities

Evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Conducting process audits and performance assessments, collecting data to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with production goals.
Troubleshooting equipment issues.
Analyzing production data.
