Requirements

  • Strong foundation in plastic injection molding.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis programs to evaluate and optimize production processes.
  • Familiarity with CAD software for designing and modifying tooling.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Effective communication abilities to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment and addressing production challenges.
  • Thorough understanding of quality control measures and industry standards.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
  • 3+ years plastic injection molding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Conducting process audits and performance assessments, collecting data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing innovative solutions that align with production goals.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Analyzing production data.
  • Creating detailed reports to track performance metrics.
  • Facilitating training sessions for team members, ensuring they are well-versed in best practices and new technologies.
  • Communicating with management to provide updates on progress and recommendations.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, applying analytical skills to foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence within the plant.
