About The Position

Sanimax is hiring a Plant Operator for the second shift. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The role supports plant production and helps maintain a safe, clean working environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be able to learn various tasks and a computer system.
Have strong communication skills.
Be able to work independently when needed while also being a team player.
Be able to regularly lift 30–50 pounds comfortably.
Be able to walk and stand consistently throughout the shift.
Be able to climb stairs and ladders.
Be able to work inside and outside as needed.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of experience working in a plant environment is preferred.
Experience with a forklift, skid steer, or other operating equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform plant production functions, including loading tankers and rail cars with finished product, conducting mill checks, transferring and unloading product, and collecting inventory.
Back and dump trailers into staging areas.
Partner with the supervisor or maintenance team to troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Communicate cost-saving ideas or recommendations related to plant operations to the shift supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.
