About The Position
The Plant Operator is responsible for performing preventative and predictive maintenance tasks in a salt regenerative plant, including replacing valves, pumps, and filters. This role involves troubleshooting breakdowns, monitoring alarms, and property oversight. The position offers hands-on training and requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Preventative maintenance experience
- Ability to complete assigned work without supervision
- Must be able to lift, pull and push equipment as needed
- Work both independently and as a team member
- Must be reliable to show up on scheduled days
- Available to work weekends
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative/predictive maintenance including but not limited to: replacing valves, pumps and filters in salt regenerative plant
